Arzish Azam

Arzish specializes in community building, entrepreneurship and innovation travel. He’s the youngest global graduate from Founder Institute, the Country Director for Startup Grind Pakistan and the founder of some of the leading tech conferences promoting Pakistani startups. He runs the largest private tech exchange programs to Silicon Valley and Europe, featuring 150+ Pakistani startups in the past 3 years. He has received various awards and recognition at many international conferences for his work.

Thomas Jeng

Thomas leads 500 Startups' Ecosystems team in the Asia-Pacific, overseeing collaborations with governments and large enterprises throughout the region. His role takes him from San Francisco to Japan and Australia, as well as everything in between. Thomas was previously Co-founder and CEO of Junction. He started his career in strategy consulting at the Boston Consulting Group and Gartner. Thomas holds degrees from Georgetown University and the Yale School of Management.

Fadwa Kingsbury

Fadwa leads 500 Startups' Implementation team globally, responsible for the set-up and execution of 500's founder facing programs outside the US. Fadwa has overseen programs in Malaysia, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, and supported teams in Japan, Russia, and Singapore. In her role, Fadwa has worked with diverse founders across multiple industries. Fadwa holds a degree in International Relations and Modern Middle East Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
